Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was great! The rooms were stylish, spacious, and clean, although there were a few issues. The service was excellent, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect, right next to Manchester Piccadilly. The dining experience was yummy but a bit pricey. Overall, a nice place.
The hotel is in a perfect location, right next to Manchester Piccadilly, making it ideal for a girly hen weekend. The rooms were spacious and clean, containing everything needed for a two-night break. The service was generally good, with welcoming staff, but there were issues with addressing noise complaints. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Ducie Street Warehouse. Despite some noise from the street, the overall value for money is great.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with ideal rooms for a city break with children. The location was great, and the hotel was beautifully presented. However, the check-in time wasn't as agreed upon. Despite some service staff seeming short-tempered, the overall service was outstanding. The bistro bar downstairs was a bonus for families with young children. The dining experience was excellent, with great rooms and staff in the cafe/restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the homemade sweets. Facilities were top-notch.
I was pleasantly surprised when I got upgraded to a deluxe 2-bed apartment with immaculate rooms. The furniture was great, and the massive comfy bed made my stay even better. However, the rooms needed brighter lighting for a more pleasant morning routine as they lacked natural light due to their position.
The hotel offers spacious and affordable rooms that combine original features with modern amenities. While some areas appear tired, the convenient location and reasonable pricing are definite highlights. The service is generally attentive, with minor hiccups during checkout. The hotel's location near Piccadilly station is ideal for both access to transportation and exploring the vibrant Northern Quarter. The dining options are limited but of good quality, and the facilities are well-kept. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My two-day stay at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed, including a giant comfortable bed. The hotel is located above a very cool warehouse area where you can get everything from coffee to full meals. The only downside was the lack of a full-length mirror and a vanity area with sockets, table, chair, and mirror. Nonetheless, it was a stay I thoroughly enjoyed and felt like a special treat after all these years of not doing such things.
The hotel's location near Piccadilly train station was perfect for exploring Manchester, just a short walk from Canal Street. The rooms were decent but quite dark, with a cramped bathroom layout causing inconvenience. The service was exceptional, especially with accommodating special requests, yet the dining experience had some delays. Despite these aspects, the price was reasonable considering the prime location.
When visiting Manchester for a social event, this hotel is in a great location near the train station and just a short walk from the center. The rooms are spacious and have just about anything you need, although they overlook each other.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but showing slight wear, though not major. Despite a late arrival, the room wasn't ready on time. The service was excellent, with polite and friendly staff, but some on reception seemed miserable. The location was convenient for the O2 Apollo gig and near transport links, but the bedroom lacked some amenities. The dining was delicious but some prices seemed high. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs.
The hotel rooms were very luxurious and spacious, nice overall, but being hot and facing a busy street made it quite loud and felt a bit enclosed like looking out on a prison landing.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed for a two-day stay, including a giant comfortable bed. The location was great and beautifully presented. I'll definitely be back on my next trip.
The hotel surpassed all our expectations with its amazing warehouse loft vibe and exceptional kitchen facilities. The rooms were beyond perfect, equipped with everything you could possibly need, though a bit more attention to cleanliness would have been appreciated.
